Note from Father Flatley

Happy Easter!  Easter is the most important day in our Catholic faith because it marks Jesusí Resurrection.  Easter joyfully and fully reveals that Jesus is the Son of God who loves each of us personally and offers his life so that we can have the possibility of eternal life.

This Easter, I invite you to rediscover Jesus.  To rediscover is a beautiful thing.  Many of us know about Jesus but not as many know Jesus in a personal way, which is the way of daily friendship, conversation, guidance and accompaniment.  God the Father wants you to know Jesus personally.  How well do you know Jesus?  Perhaps you are like me and donít yet know Jesus as much as youíd like to know him.  It is always a good time, and it is never too late, for a fresh start.

God the Father also wants us to rediscover answers to these questions: Who am I? Who is God? What am I here for? What matters most? What matters least? What are my unique talents and abilities? What will my contribution be? What happens when we die?  God is always waiting on us to explore these questions with his help.

For more than two thousand years God has been performing miracles in the lives of ordinary men and women. Now he wants to perform miracles in you and through you. Are you ready?   Please accept this book as an Easter gift and join me in taking the first step by reading Rediscover Jesus.
